Fujitsu developing more efficient wireless charging

Fujitsu developing more efficient wireless charging: "

Wireless charging is a technology which has never really quite worked the way we would all want it to.  Well, Fujitsu is looking to change all that, with today’s announcement of what they are calling “compact, high-efficiency wireless charging systems.”

The system will utilize magnetic resonance-based technologies, which can recharge multiple devices at the same time.  Not only that, Fujitsu is boasting that it offers the ability to design charging systems in 1/150th the time currently required.

If this technology is practical and affordable, it could revolutionize the way we charge mobile devices.  A single unit could be used to charge an entire household’s mobile devices, or could be built into airplanes and buses for free, wireless charging of all electronics.  We will definitely be keeping our eyes peeled for more on this one, so stay tuned.
